For New/Incoming Students:

Please use the New/Incoming Student portal to complete your next steps for enrollment. Once you've confirmed your commitment to enroll and completed the Enrollment Agreement and Enrollment Deposit, you'll be granted full access to your Student Portal. 

To log in, use your PAU user ID and password. This is the same username/password that you use to access your paloaltou.edu email.

To reset your password, click "Forget Password" from the OneLogin sign-on screen or contact the PAU IT Help Desk at support@paloaltou.edu
